It's Monday! What Are You Reading?
I'm still working on my books from last week (in between grading large volumes of papers here at the end of the semester): Incarnadine, by Mary Syzbist, St. Lucy's Home for Girls Raised by Wolves, by Karen Russell, Everyone Says That at the End of the World, by Owen Egerton, and Xenocide, by Orson Scott Card (which is my bathtub book, since I don't want to drop my library loan books into the tub!). I've also added another library loan book, My Mistake, which is a memoir by Danial Menaker, who was an editor at The New Yorker for a long time. One of the classes I teach is an Editing & Publishing class, so I'm always looking for new books on that subject.
Here's a good interview with Mary Syzbist.
